Youth Space – BlackoutNZ Kaupapa
.png)

Kia Ora Rangatahi! Welcome Home
No church youth groups.
No parties. Just YOU.
BlackoutNZ finally gives Whau rangatahi (14-21) a secular (non-religious), safe space to breathe, connect, and thrive at New Lynn Community Centre – your hangout, your rules, your whānau.
Why This Matters...
Rangatahi told us: "No space that isn't church or parties."
We're fixing that. Trauma-informed, Māori/Pasifika-led, wahine-powered.
Young tāne get emotional smarts + healthy relationship tools. No blame, just growth.

Stats don't lie: 85% family violence by men, but young lads aren't the problem – cycles are. We break them together.
